ACHIEVEMENTS THREAD - Post all achievements here! It's stickied for a reason!
well, the summers coming to a close and i hope everyones achieved some goals they had..
i feel like ive progressed a lot technically recently, im generally feeling a lot more confident and the two days training at margate then herne bay, i made myself do something i hadnt done or was uncomfortable at every area.
my main improvement i think is control on precisions, use this thread to post your achievements/ congratulate each other.

Another good summer ashame it was not always nice weather, but on jam days it seemed to be very nice. Im pretty pleased with some things i learnt at the last Herne Bay jam. Tried some front and side flips for my first time and they to me they seemed ok, but they still need practice. The Herne Bay jam was most probably my favorite i have been to during the holidays

Margate was a really big boost for me BIG THANKS to Dizzy for making me not give up on the cat precision and rail precision, glad I got it in the end stuck and did them well Also tricking I have progressed I think with the landings of alot of my flips aswell as learning new tricks that I was WOWING at in videoes ( wall inverted side flip )

Ive actually achieved a lot this summer. My rail precisions and balance have improved a bundle, as has the speed of my climbups (been able to double arm climb up for about a year but they are totally consistent now)
I finally stuck the cancer tree lache Made myself cat pass precision bike rails As of yesterday i did a double arm muscle up outside, though they are far from consistent I can walk the pipe over the water confidently I can rail precision the bridge Sticking my precisions has improved from waist i can catpass up onto things with hardly any delay in my second leg
Tricking I can standing backtuck on flat (taking it to grass before the 16th of this month) Found the confidence to try wallspins again after a harsh bail early in the year

stickied for sniper lets try and keep this post pretty clean, some comments, but mainly as just a place for different people to record their achievements, who can't be ar*ed to start a blog okay, so from today: thiefs a lot cleaner flickups with confidence muscle ups getting better, but still inconsistent movement training in general i've got a lot more confidence and smoothness,

Either tendinitis or RSI in my right elbow... I gave up parkour for a bit due to lack of time, and incurred an injury through work. I now get quite a lot of pain doing pull-ups and any other activity that requires me to support my body weight. I've spoken to my doctor who advised me that i should try and avoid using that arm to do any heavy lifting... It's not so easy when your job involves lots of heavy lifting... I'm due for an appointment later this week to try and get somebody qualified to look at it, since it's really interfering with tricking and strength work, which used to be my main love. Despite this I've still been training with weights, and my leg strength has improved loads. I filled up a rucksack with weights and then squatted that way... It's not great, but it works well enough. I'll have to come down to the gym next week and meet up with everyone - will be good to catch up with you all.

id like to add some non parkour related which has been achieving long distance running of 3-4 miles every other day at a 7min/mile pace and also achieving a time of 9.16 for 1.5 miles which is constantly improving
and pk related would be getting back into it properly, with conditioning - the good old days of teaching yourself and always getting injured has gone
