You have to weigh up the pros and cons. Jumping a drop means you carry on the momentum, and if you can continue the movement upon landing. By reducing the distance you drop-by going into arm jump position, for example-You waste a bit of time, but you reduce the risk of injuring yourself and so getting caught. Oh wait, I'm not really adding anything that Dizz didn't say. Ahhh, sod it... Dizzy's right.

One Arm Chins from full hang! i've been training them from slightly bent arm so that my bicep is easier to engage from when my right arm started hibernating, but only on monday did i do 2 from full hang on my left, an achievement i was aiming to get in december :S but glad i got them, but still inconsistent as i tried on wed at gym.

Id say a good achievement ive got in the past week or so are my kongs ive finally managed to keep the motion and take off with 1 foot instead of two my dash vaults landing one foot first and keeping the motion clean and also my front tucks and birani flips but they still need a bit of work as i dont continue the front tuck the whole spin other than that not a lot else LOL

today i got 180 arm jumps after about a year of trying, i think its been more of a mental block more than anything, but something just clicked and now i find them pretty easy so now my precisions, balance and 180s are all AMAAAZING, haha lolz

some achievements for me, lees fear of large jumps between walls and slipping.
control is better at rail precisions, i did a double arm muscle up, but the way i did it is not good for my elbows so will train just pullups when i can and not train them in that way.
also did 180 arm jump off metal stairs to wall at canterbury college.
