erm clawing my sideflips on flat back after unexplained lameness the last few weekfaster double arm muscle ups. symmetrical climbups now consistent landing high on the wall. Really challenging myself with technical too

Learnt how to muscle up walls from running up and arm jump position plus did a side flip on a crash mat the other day would've landed it if the ground was flat
btw i know i haven't been out on jams recently mainly because of money, exams and also a problem with my parents concerning something about tresspassing but im hoping after another talk with my parents i should beable to go out on jams again. hope to be with you people again

tidied up sideflips & front tucks. starting to use more agility in my movement and my balance has seemed to come on a lot recently due to rail training. want to begin learning back tucks but have the phobia of losing my head in the process hahaha

4 miles - 20 mins
new record for running. although my legs are killing me now.
Target to double the distance before september when i join the army as an officer.
Yup i got into the Army as an officer, will be going health and fitness tests next week wish me luck!

sorry to piss on your fire but if you havent done your health and fitness test yet then you havent got in yet. You are a long way off.
I would strongly suggest you dramatically change those minutes

erm, i am joinning the army, im going to be joinning the miltary police. plus a hell of a lot of my family are and have been in the army so i do know a fair bit about the fitness. Not trying to start an arguement though mate but its clear then that one of us as been given false information

my achievements from solo training today
more consistency with double armed climb ups, a fairly big cat pass precision and a big precision ive been trying for a couple of months
and i bought some new trainers because my kalenjis died
