Bottom Level Bottom Level sessions will now start Wednesday 10th September in Canterbury at the Castle Grounds next to the Bottom Level Car Park (Castle Car Park) and will start at 19:30 and finish 22:00. What is Bottom Level?Bottom Level is a regular session held every week what ever the weather and what ever the numbers, where Traceurs and everyone from the community can meet together to train & learn fundamental aspects of Parkour. What will bottom level include?Bottom Level is mainly Conditioning through Movement but will incorporate other strength training exercises, stretching, moving etc. I'm new to parkour, is this for me?Bottom level is learning! the very core level of parkour which is considered by many traceurs as strength, Mental & Physical. It is a great opportunity to learn what parkour truly is through helping each other overcome your barriers. What do i bring?Water, Food and an open mind to training things you wouldn't normally train. Hope to see you there soon, some old, some new. - Spence www.tracehq.com

Adult gym on wednesdays is at 19:00 and the younger/kids parkour class finishes at 19:00 so gives me time to get to BL to start in time. but yeah it would be held on a Wednesday around the same time as Adult Gymnastics, I feel that this is more benefitional. (Need to see you soon bro!?)

From canterbury east you turn left go to the round-about you should be able to see a castle, we start in the gardens in there, normally the gates are locked so there's a wall around the back you can go over.

Exactly what im looking for, when is the next bottom level being held?
I have one question though, I was going to meet up with someone before to try parkour, but when I told them I was 30, no replies, nothing. Is this going to be a problem again as it knocked my confidence a little, but I am really eager to get started.
