there is absolutely no problem with starting now, at all!
we had them on wednesdays from 7:30, but they have become a little irregular now. Hopefully we will sort out a regular conditioning session again, but people are always out on any other day training in canterbury. Just let us know when you want to meet up =)

Hi all, i know it's been difficult for the BL sessions to go ahead recently, so i think it would be a good idea to revive regular sessions in canterbury. Due to lots of schoolwork and other things i do- coaching, gymnastics, thai boxing etc, my week is pretty full but i do tend to train most on fridays from late afternoon sort of time. So I'm planning to use this time to start with some light conditioning, training at different areas then killing certain limbs and parts of the anatomy near the end of the sesh.
So i'm just throwing this out to anyone who is interested to learn/play/share in canterbury in a
conditioning, technique/fun (not that conditioning isn't fun!), CONDITIONING
routine. Let me know if you're going to come along for a few hours!

Since Mondays always seem to be filled up I haven't been able to attend any of the gym sessions, which is a real shame. I would like the chance to train during the week... Friday is a good day for me, but obviously, I can make it out for other days. Yes... Fun.
