Go lower on your press-ups. Put a shirt on. I think some more control would be beneficial - You seemed to lose your balance a lot. It seemed like a string of individual 'moves' rather than a continous, stream of movement - Ifelt some more confidence and conviction would have improved the video. Apart from that, good stuff!

Lol... thank you yea its a progress video, i feel ive progressed lots and confidence wise have heaps more lol but thank you ben (the press ups i added as it was snowy andvery cold and i was bored lol) but yeah i will have another one next month or month after lets see the improvement then

If I'm honest, don't bother with progress vids unless it's per quatter annum. I findyour videos to be well made, but Idon't really see the point, because this video doesn't have anything radicaly different to the last one you made. Don't mistake this as negative, it's not intended that way. You have every right to make as many videos as your heart desires, but IMHO I would wait a while before releasing the next one. I thought the press-ups were cool and I liked the 'training rain or snow' message it sent out. The shirtless thing wasa bit too homo erotic for my liking, but to each their own.

where abouts are them rooves at the end looked fun, good job tyler. Carry on making videos if you enjoy it, good to see!
