are 7-9pm for adults on a monday, so it's an hour earlier so has adult gymnastics, it's now 7-9pm on wednesday. It's a good opportunity to train with others and learn new things that you wouldn't first try outdoors.

im in canterbury and wud like to find a good gym for 3runing

High School Canturbury gym, is what it's called i believe.

Body and Mind Centre, Canterbury High. It's £7 a session, where coaches will guide you with fundemental movements in Parkour, and apparatus to practise acro, tricking.
The monday session 7-9 is for ages 15+ and for ages 9-14 is on wednesdays 5:30- 7:00.

whent down there 2day @ 7 only 4 the so called recpetionist to look at me like i was from mars and ready to probe her, she had no idear what i was talking about.
gotta say im pritty angre as i had an email from mind body an sole confirming the lessions were taking place. seems the place got no better from when i used to attend the school as a pupal many years ago.

like i say whent there 2day at 7pm and the female receptionist had no idear what i was on about. ware exactly do the sesions take place? i whent in one hall on the ground floor an there was jus ppl playing football

You probably said wheres the parkour or freerunning sessions.
For many different reasons we dont use them and the session is called Adult Movement. And the hall you saw them play football in was the hall it was on the other side of the curtain.
Also try and use correct language and not text talk, just makeds it easier to read.

I help out at the sessions and Kevin teaches them, give me a text when your near main reception next week and I'll show you round to the gym

cheers for the help rob, very helpfull. me an a m8 will definatly b down next week u wouldn't understand how pissed off we were going all the way up there only to have to walk back. god knows how that recpectionist got the job, i have toe jam more usefull than her.
i'll txt ya when we arrive there next week, it b great to b shown around the gym. like i say used to go school there but that was a few years b4 they got that gym.
look 4ward to meeting all the peeps who train there seems u got a nice vibe going. its gonna b so much more forgiving on me to practice on softsurfaces insted of concret.
many thanks for the help and a gr8 lil forum jus for us kent peeps. (seems to b a large 3run/parkour commoiunty springing up here

once i get money sorted and know more people, i'll be along on mondays, regularly hopefully
atm i cant afford it plus i don't know anyone that well, don't wanna end up feeling pushed out, had that before and its not fun
wanna improve stamina first as well
