this would have been done with better quality than the one you just posted Rob if i had used my high definition slr camera with a wide angle lense i would have done the quality better off mine but at the time it wasnt set up to take motion shots. It would only take the top 3 or the final 3 or very slow continous. Its cool though, its nice to see him take his camera out and get some decent pics for tht camera. Also i really like the editing on this pic Rob but you could of had a much more better angle for it. I just know from working with camera's most of my life, thts all, no critisism. Its a nice picture.

but if i'm being completely honest i dont reali care weather foot grabs look noobish or if the [quote/]quality is bait.because my fellow traucer. all i care reali is if my team is happy with what i'm producing if they say stop. i'll stop. i'm not too bothered if i dont have the new HD cannon with amazing quality and perfect motion shot take takes photos 100 better than mine. that just takes the fun out of editing.

Just to let you know I didn't take the picture I don't own a digital camera, I thought th pictures you were taking were from an actual camera that's why I didn't know about the quality of the picture
still don't understand the grabs in the air because to be honest grabs = sh*t

AHHH rightt i agree with rob with the grabs though man i know you add more technique by doing them whilst in the air but they are a bit 'noobish' your find if you didnt grab you could control your balance more before you land

OK let me put it this way, what is the point in a grab, i can see why it takes some good skill if say you grab whilst doing a back tuck, as you need flexibility and be able to fight some G's to pull it off.
but grabs, in the air, dont require any of this, in fact they're pretty good for slimly increasing the chance of screwing over your ankles.

i'm sorry but you're not fu*king traceurs! you may still be learning but you have to understand the significance of the correct way to train, and the mindset you need to do this. i cant be bothered to explain now, but really, think about what you're saying.

Jono you really should take some of the members advice on this forum. Your still very new to parkour or free run. (whatever you may do) I know some of the people on this forum that would of been very thankful to have something like this, where they can get information from other, more experienced members when they first started. I know i would of ( and maybe i wouldn't of screwed my knees if i had)
What i really trying to say is just calm down and just take some of the advice people give you.

Age doesn't come into it when theres experience there.
Yes maybe Lecko shouldn't of swore but i know parkour is something Lecko is very passionate about.
I think you need to learn more about parkour until you can call yourself a traceur.
EDIT
OK changing your post half way thru me posting mine didn't really help.
If you have been partaking in Parkour for three years and still don't know that a grab is not parkour then you really must of been living under a rock mate.
Parkour (without the mindset/state of mind part) is efficient movement no huge spins, no grabs and nothing that would slow you down in anyway.
A Traceur is a person that partakes in parkour, lives Parkour and pretty much breaths Parkour they do anything they can to advance and better them selfs.
Thats as near as i could get to explaining parkour in simple idiot proof terms.

John, your get a lot a lot of people that critisize your pics and vids on here im not saying all of it is just critisism, but these people are trying to guide you even if there making it sound harsh or having a joke. They did it with me when i first started, but i took it on the head and listened to what they had to say, and your find a lot of it isnt critisism and just words of advice and i can honestly say it helps in the end.

Like i said, stop trying to give advice and being a w*nker at the same time, its useless. the word n00b has been floating round way too much on these forums lately, keep doing it il make you all look like silly little girls, you'll be having pictures of my little pony, pink handbags in your signature, girls nicknames and of course, your posts will make no sense. as far as i seen, bens been contributing best to these forums, by being mostly polite, and inviting people out to train, which is what its about! Rob and lecko, you two in particular need to sort it out.

Not very inviting to a new member if im honest, Everytime i look on Anything Goes and theres a new member to the forum, A lot of people greet them and arrange training sessions for people who live locally to them so they can learn off more experienced people. why should this be so different with John? He's posted a few pictures and clips up here as i did when i first joined, but i was never commented this bad right its a foot grab... get over it, i completely agree with Dizzy that it decreases the risk of ankle injurys when landing. Ok so they may look bad to some of you. so what? id much rather save myself from injury, than end up not training for weeks on end. but i suppose if theres a cause to them then it shouldnt matter. So basically everything ive just wrote backs up what Dizzys just said. Just be a little bit more aware of what you say to other people.
