nice, this does show that you guys are improving, but i still don't know why you're still doing those drops; i would have thought you've become wiser by now!
Try and explore different movements and put less time into training the standard "this is a vault, this is an under-bar" sort of thing. Look at an obstacle and decide the best way of using it as opposed to thinking of a movement and see where you can apply it to. It's a little difference but will open up your eyes a bit more and you will find new movements/routes/ideas at an area.
The brick building in there looks like so much fun! We have to go there next time, ok?? Hope to train with you guys again soon; I'll finish all my exams on wednesday and will be relatively free for a while so I look forward to meet up!

ermm the cheese wall place is at victoria park we go there every week, and yes its is very fun haha
and kev just like get in touch with jono if you guys wanna come down anytime soon im up for training. i always learn sumin new when i train with you guys.

I like the bit around 1.15, where you all use different methods to get down from the building, i like seeing that, seeing how different people interpret and move in the same enviroment
