man l've done like 3 videos in the space of 2 weeks! manly due to me just having my laptop fixed finnnaly www.youtube.com/watch?v=jJBrcS_Uauwlast one for a while...i swear =] somthing different for you.

hmm interesting idea, though i think it's a bit risky, possibly train with your fingers laced together would be better because if you need to save yourself you'd be able to. just simple balances with your hands behind your back (or similar) is useful to strengthen your core. you guys coming to Dover tomorrow?

yeah this is very true. i tried experimenting with it behind my back but i found much more difficult to move. reason for this?
urmm well my cash flow is non existant at the moment however i would like to go to a jam this week somewere depending if my dad will bung some money in my account. so fingers crossed.
also. i'm cutting down on ye ol' cancer sticks =]
