well its been a few years now that ive been outta the game stoped cause i busted my knee mostly and the guy i used to do all my trainin with quit but now my knee is better and im feelin the need to be back out there its been quite a while scince ive done anything realy so imma have to work on my pysical fittness again b4 hand jus for a few weeks but im really lookin to find some guys to train with in the canterbury area i need to be back out there as i miss every aspect of the sport my work hours are really quite lame as i have to work alot to live but i also have a job in gillingham and it means i have to stay there 3 days a week and its night work so durin day im always free till 6 on monday tuesday wednesday and im in canters thursday friday sataday sunday so any1 out there that dont mind takein on my probly all over again n00b ass so i dont have to go out on my own would b awsome lemmie know guys thx luke/kretell/kret

hey man, a few of us (including me) are based in canterbury and train outdoors regularly. Friday is normally good for me and some spontaneous times during the week. It would be good for you to come out and train with us where we can show you strength exercises and basic things just to get your body back into movement again! I'll post later in the week to confirm a time to meet! As for conditioning (strength exercises), i will show you some things that range from your simple push ups, pull ups, sit ups to other more creative and movement based exercises. My diet just consists of good food regularly, stay off fast food and fruit fruit fruit! when we're out you'll probably notice that most of us will have an apple or banana with to eat during training! For Gyms; i coach sessions every monday (7:30-9:30) at Body and Mind (Canterbury High School) for movement/parkour. it's £7 a session and sure come along to train with us!
