Hey I'm Lel from Canterbury. I've been looking at trying out Parkour for a while but have no idea where to begin! Anyone out there to roll with maybe and practice? I've been doing weight training for about two years at the uni gym, but I think this seems nice and fast paced and would be a laugh.
Thanks ;D

haha ahh the quick replies, that rocks. Well, I'm sort of out in Canada at my families place till the 14th of January at the moment. But I'm definitely up for hooking up for seeing how this all works when I get back for sure! Where abouts in Canterbury do you all normally train? Are there any good shoes you'd recommend?

Shoes arent hugely important, however rather than dodge the question just a pair of cheap running shoes will do, im using Nike darts at the moment, you should be able to find them cheap at sports direct, dont pay anymore than £30 for them though.
Youll see that some people actually train barefoot at some point though, shoes are a controversial topic ha ha
