two or three weeks ago i managed to straighten up my hand springs. from standing and running. i am going to try back handsprings soon

yeah true, i think im going to learn back tucks but this time not using things soft in the outside environment (sand,stones[what i practce flips on] etc. etc.) just use a mat or fome pit

Sad news tbh I'm locking this thread as now this is all getting out of hand! Sorry to say that because i know a lot of people enjoy this thread but a handful of people had to spoil that and I'm not happy with them!!! I will be slowly deleting post that don't seem to contribute to the thread as and when i can. If they keep it up i can see them getting banned!!! some pretty awesome movement on the lovely new scaffolding in margate.

smooth double arm muscle ups at gym= a good birthday present and slowly getting sides back, good still go about a million cm higher.

A general better way of moving. More creative movments. More confidence in cat pass precisions. 180 arm jumps. Better flick ups
