my latest achievement would be a climb up on limited space and im getting closer to struggle ups plus my confidence and attitude to training have improved

erm, much much much faster struggles ups with right arm, next aim left arm. pullups slowly better with nowhere specific to practice at my house general strength is improved. imma just keep doing what im doing!

hmm realised that i have a demented 6 pack today.
nearly got muscle ups?/ Struggle ups? sorted need a place to practice.
forgot to mention ages ago that i managed to drop down 2 1/2 meters without having to roll and 3 meters rolling (both onto grass)
theres a drop in my school which im dying to do sometime

My tendinitis has gotten a lot better since i started training again. I can struggle up once fairly quickly, and after that, I just about manage to get back up. I can't complain since it's an improvement on previous weeks when i couldn't manage at all. I've mostly re-learnt things I'd forgotten. Arabians, b-twists, squirrel backs... Oh, I can now pull off back-fulls.
