after rob realising that i wasnt a complete noob and me realising rob wasnt a complete wally ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) we started chatting about conditioning training, vaults and stuff but quick qestion who uses urban freeflow words and who uses well i wanna say proper parkour words but you know what i mean like kong vault? or cat pass? cat leap? or arm jump?

my personal reasons being:
i think they just sound plain silly and unrealistic, if i tried to speak to someone seriously about it using that terminology, i wouldnt be surprised if they laughed in my face
UF coining phrases is a way to advertise the
crane moonstep? i dont think that move has a place anywhere
