The session costs £7 You'll find the session in the sports hall, a large building by the running track. Don't worry about the aerial - Get the kicks going and we'll work from there. 360 kicks should be do-able, don't worry too much about how it looks, just get the movement down. 540 kicks aren't that hard... You've got some time to give them a go before Wednesday. Pop 360 - Easy. Kip-up - Some people get it straight away... your arms have to push up at the same time as you thrust you hips up. Front flips - if you have mats and you feel confident, give it a go. There are a lot of tricks in that list that can only be be pulled off by a handful of very talented people, so don't feel too intimidated. So have a look through all that and try some things you like the look of - I've provided some suggestions based upon my opinion, that you may want to consider following.

A pop 360 involves taking a small hop, landing on both feet, jumping up and doing the kick. Read the instructions and watch the videos carefully - You'd have noticed the difference between a normal 360kick and a pop 360, had you been watching closely.

You'll be coming from Canterbury West station? Yes, I can give you a lift there - I'll drive past at 6:50'ish so if you wait by the front entrance I can pick ya up straight away and head down to the gym. You'll kick yourself when you see how simple the route is, but since it's kinda on my way, I'm happy to give you a lift. See ya soon!

Ah, that's unfortunate... but hardly your fault. OK then, this means you have a further week to practice those kicks - They better be good. hope your brother is ok... I don't know him, but anybody coming out of hospital deserves sympathy. See ya next week then.

You missed a hench session - I don't think I've actually put so much effort in, for... a while lol. I landed on my neck and am now cuddling my panda bear heat pack to loosen some neck muscles. Make sure you come either next Monday or Wednesday - and you better have learnt some good kicks! P.S: I just noticed the last bit of my custom title that has been added - it's true hehe.

Insurance: Well, after a few sessions you will have to sort out some insurance. I paid £35 for mine a few months back. You need the written 'permission' of a parent or a quasi guardian over the age of 18 - if your brother is over 18 he could stand in lieu of a parent - Talk to the lady who takes your name at the beginning, they'll advise you further.
Monday sessions are more parkour orientated, where as Wednesday is more of a free-for-all. I personally-and I don't want to give the impression that I don't enjoy the Monday sessions-prefer the Wednesday session, but that's just me... Go to which ever you like, they're both good.
Eye infections are nasty, best wishes for him.
Well I watched Power Rangers one day and thought to myself ( I was about 8 years old) "Wow, I wish I could do what Jason the red ranger can do!"
Years later down the line I've learnt more than I expected. Since I joined the gym and actually made an effort I've learnt some things I wouldn't have dreamed of.
So yeah, I can now raise my neck again so I'm going to stop typing - Keep practising those kicks!

I'm really desperate to get back to my usual self and work on some Tricking been put off since bad accident and being a witness to a guy getting paralysed, put it off but really want to add more to my overall movement and progression.
If anyone can help me though the basics and get my confidence back i be very gratefull.
Very Busy with different Projects, studies takes up a fair bit of time Wednesdays are my best day but can do Mondays just need to take it easy as i have Sports Exercise Study and Gym Training on the Tuesday.
Regards x

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I didn't realise that you had posted Munday. Well I said before that I wouldn't want to negatively affect people's progress by pretending that I know enough to actually tell people what they should be doing... That said, I'd be happy to trick alongside anybody who feels it will help them gain confidence and improve in any way. The sad reality is that tricking is dangerous, you can get hurt and the consequences can be bad for everyone involved. That's why I feel that you have to want to trick very deep down and know that you accept that the joys are worth the risk. Condolences to your friend, I can only hope I never find myself in a situation like that for both my sake and for the sake of all those involved. Come along on Wednesday - Tyler should be coming ( If he doesn't, I will abduct him from his home, put him in the boot of my car and drive to the gym regardless) So it should be a very productive session. Tyler: Will you be able to make it tomorrow? I can still give you a lift to the gym from the train station which will save you a walk and show you which way you need to go in the future. I got back my backflip 360 twists last night at the gym, despite feeling like I had flu; if I don't mistaken you for Jackie Chan after seeing your kicks, I'll be very disappointed Seriously though, I hope you can make it - Post up as soon as you have the time since I might not have time to check the forums. Ciao!
