Games are homo and restrict training/socialising hours majorly, therefore diminishing progress, hence losing a path in training, leading to not losing weight, proving that having money to buy an Xbox 360 cuts social life/health/mindset/sleep patterns/friends/life in general/respect/credibility/faith in you/reliability/mental strength/sunlight: unhappiness due to lack of endorphins and sun/aim in life/life/happiness/tenacity/exercise/intelligence/nutrition. erm, When was the last time you were out in sunlight, Rob? besides walking from the car to somewhere? ooh really? sounds good if i believed you. yeah awesome. good isn't it? it's good that you're doing productive things, you know, making use of holidays for social/study/training benefits ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Instead of staying in underwear until you HAVE to wear clothes, playing one certain game, irratic eating times that are topped up with junk food and expensive german biscuits while w*nking in the dark, time passing and getting callouses from gripping controllers like some very sad people do. It was good to see you so much with, you know, all your training atm ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

have to agree with kev there, i don't mind the occasional game every now and then, but SOME people play excessively and lose focus on what really matters haha

i dont buy games that you have to pay for because their a waste of time and get boring after a while e.g. "World of warcraft, etc

They are into gaming, thats there "hobby". I believe there is nothing wrong with gaming as long as it doesn't take over your life, how many people here use photo shop, edit videos, take photos or chat on MSN. Doesn't that "restrict training",
