Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if we all look back in a year's time and marvel at how much things have changed. When I look back at the old SM jams, and then look at the new ones it's really interesting to see what has changed. I wouldn't claim to know how to properly apply parkour... My mindset has been changed greatly by different people and events that have influenced me. Knowing what parkour is, and knowing how to apply said meaning are two different things.

everyone has their own opinion on parkour i say i'm sorry but you're not fu*king traceurs! you may still be learning but you have to understand the significance of the correct way to train, and the mindset you need to do this. i cant be bothered to explain now, but really, think about what you're saying. Like i said, stop trying to give advice and being a w*nker at the same time, its useless. the word n00b has been floating round way too much on these forums lately, keep doing it il make you all look like silly little girls, you'll be having pictures of my little pony, pink handbags in your signature, girls nicknames and of course, your posts will make no sense. as far as i seen, bens been contributing best to these forums, by being mostly polite, and inviting people out to train, which is what its about! Rob and lecko, you two in particular need to sort it out. Completely agree with everything in this & in my opinion there is no such thing about stages in parkour your either good or bad and its up to you to change it and about the girls thing... thats what some people act like on here no offense

...stages in parkour your either good or bad No such thing as good and bad, parkour is what you make out of it, but there are obvious differences between people when they are training

i just puked up a bit in my mouth reading this thread.
take a break from the forums and come train and learn from each other. No words can convey understanding as well as movement itself.

its probably because i haven't been out training properly for a few weeks, due to other commiittments, so im out of the swing of it. i need to refresh my thoughts before I continue to try to give advice. sorry to anyone who i've offended, its just sometimes people can seem ignorant when others are trying to help them.
whoevers coming on sunday we'll have a proper training session, i'll try to help others and sort out the negative image ive portrayed of myself in my posts.

spose your right haha and dizzy i actually ment increases. I just think if your moving in such a way where your leaping from A to B, somke things are not nessasary such as grabs or spins of any kind, Keeping things simple sometimes works better than if you were to add something to it. And plus if reduces the risk of injury if you kept things simple and made sure you landed correctly
